Self-love begins after confronting self. It can be from cooking comfort food to shopping, having  head spa to massage.
But above all,  it’s a working self-love equation. And here comes the most vital part that is cultivating a habit of writing gratitude journal or daily diary. This will help to being self-aware check on your deliberation process, clearing thresholds, refining healthy habits and connections.

6.Follow your Passion
