Yesterday night, I did an exercise with my kids. They had been watching more TV, phone, and enjoying during and after the lockdown. Were not focussing on studies. We all did affirmations together at night right before going to sleep.

Today morning when I was working in a different room, my little son came to me, hugged me, and said, “Papa I want to do my homework”. He had books instead of toys in his hands.

This is the power of affirmations, especially when done right after keeping your head on the pillow.

Daily affirmations are necessary as they boost confidence and make us laser focused to reach our goal. We become whatever we speak, think, or do throughout the day.

Are you doing these affirmations? If not, say these to yourself right now😃👇👇

1. I am aware of my gift to the world and share it freely.

2. I am compassionate with others and myself.

3. I am a positive being and aware of my potential.

4. There are no blocks I cannot overcome.

5. I love to meet other people and make new friends.

6. I am my best source of motivation.

7. Challenges are opportunities to grow and improve.

8. I am confident enough to learn new things.

9. Each day I will try to develop a new skill.

10. I will innovate and I resonate with my goals and mentor.

This is my point of view. What is your take on this? Do you believe in the power of affirmations? Share your response by adding a reply.

I am going to write these affirmations in my journal and bookmark them for sure. I will read them daily.

Doing positive affirmations is a great way to program our subconscious mind. In my opinion, they can also help you to overcome Imposter Syndrome.

I too believe in affirmations. Say it aloud or memorise it while eating, drinking and walking. It goes inside our heart as we repeat it. I will take out print of all your affirmations. Thanks, Sir
