Ideas That Work Series: Day 2 Episode 2: Community Nurturing for Massive Digital Growth

Let us focus on — connecting with your target audience or students on an emotional level and engaging with them daily through community interaction as a digital coach.

Since September 1, 2019, the date when I launched Digital Writopreneurs Academy with its headquarters in New Delhi, I have seen that the best way to build influence and sell training and courses is by first emotionally connecting with your students and giving them maximum value for the money.

As a coach, I understand how important it is to connect with my students on a deeper level. It’s not just about delivering training sessions and presenting information, but it’s about building meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of community among the students.

Connecting with your target audience or students on an emotional level is all about understanding their needs, wants, and goals. It’s about listening to their stories and empathizing with their struggles. By doing so, you build a bond that transcends the traditional teacher-student relationship.

But emotional connection alone is not enough. You also need to engage with your target audience or students through community interaction. This means creating a safe space for them to share their thoughts, ideas, and feedback. It means responding to their comments and messages promptly and authentically.

One important tip is to add emotional keywords directly into your ppt slide so you will remember that you need to connect with them emotionally. It is a crucial aspect of engaging and connecting with your students.

Always add questions below each ppt slide page and always ensure that your students engage with you via each page and confirm that they are clear with all the points that you just shared.

To create an emotional connection with your audience, it is important to first understand what they want to convey and connect with them based on the story or topic you are discussing and the emotions that come along with it.

Consider using storytelling techniques to evoke emotion, like relaying personal experiences or interviews with people directly impacted by the topic of that particular session.

Mathangi Aiyyar says:

Emotional connection is a must. I am trying to master it under your guidance because I have seen how effective it is. I need to train myself more for it.

Shubhra Sanag says: Exclusive insight sir ji 💊 If we use our emotions in our conversations it will increase the trust in the community.
The bond will become stronger.

Risha Khan says: Connecting with the audience or students on an emotional level is the key to building trust. It means that you understand them and are committed to solving their problems. This is very crucial to forming a long-term relationship that lasts for a lifetime.

Amit Tiwari says:

In order for a community to succeed, it’s crucial that the coach builds connections with his community members that heal wounds caused by friction in professional and personal life.

Also, he must be skilled enough to understand why his mentee is not able to achieve a set goal and should communicate in a way that hurdles are crossed with ease.

Building lifelong relationships and connections which reward us with more than just money is the main goal.

This is what I have learned and I find Rajinder Sir fulfilling these rare qualities exceptionally well.
