Do you want to know the secrets to become the topper of the class? Do you want to come first in the examinations and impress others? If yes, then this article is only for you.

Being the topper of the class, college or university is very fascinating. This is because you get attention from all around. Everyone treats you like a hero. So why not come first? But one interesting fact is that everyone studies hard. But not all of them come first. What can be the reasons behind it? Certain factors are detrimental to ensure your success in exams. No matter how hard you study, if you don’t follow the correct approach you won’t be able to come first. This article talks about all those methods that you must follow to beat others in the academic competition.

  1. Study beforehand: Many students make the mistake of not studying and completing their syllabus beforehand. But this mistake should not be repeated by you. Right after the commencement of the new academic session, you must set a period within which you have to complete all the things. Thus once you finish your syllabus beforehand you will automatically remain ahead of others. This is because you will get
  • More time to revise your syllabus
  • More time to clear doubts
  • More time to give mock tests
  • More time to make new strategies.
  1. Manage your time wisely: This is another important point that you should keep in your mind. You should manage your time so wisely that you can study more in less time. Also, your time should be balanced in such a way that your study and entertainment go hand in hand. This is because you don’t have to become a nerd to top the exams. For example – suppose you have 2 chapters to finish and 1 chapter to revise. Then you can divide your time in the ratio of 21 where 2 hours you are giving to learn 2 chapters, 1 hour to revise 1 chapter, and the rest 1 hour to play games or for other entertainment purposes.
  2. Keep short-term goals: One of the best ways to achieve a big goal is to first keep and accomplish some short-term tasks. For example: suppose you want to finish one whole big chapter. Then instead of worrying about the vastness of the chapter, divide that chapter into several short subtopics. Then divide your time wisely in the allotment of each topic. Finish those sub-topics. After finishing all the sub-topics clearly, you will see that you have finished a whole big chapter without any pressure.
  3. Be disciplined: This is a very important point to keep in mind. Being disciplined not only helps you to excel in academics but in every field of life. You have to be disciplined and consistent in your entire journey. For example – one day if you study for 14 hours and the next day you study for 6 hours. And after that for many days you do not study at all. Then in such a case, your efforts will be of no use. Being disciplined means you have to study daily with the same efforts, energy, and focus. Then only you will be able to get your results.
  4. Clear out doubts: You have to clear your doubts at regular intervals. This is because doubts are like speed breakers to your success journey. If not cleared on time, it can also derail you from accomplishing your goal. So talk to your mentors. Ask them as many times as possible until all your doubts are cleared. This is because supposing you doubt one topic. And that topic comes in the examination carrying significant marks. So in such a situation what will you do? All your efforts will go in vain as you will lose huge marks. So clear your doubts on time to avoid such a situation
  5. Focus on understanding rather than memorizing: One of the common mistakes that every student makes is that they try to memorize things rather than understanding them. This is a huge mistake and you must avoid this. This is because even if you memorize a particular topic for hours without clearing its basics it will be of no use. If that topic is asked in the exam in a tricky way you become blank.  And also there is no use in scoring good marks without even understanding the topics.
  6. Revision: Once you finish your syllabus and clear all your doubts, you must revise your learnings again and again. This is because the more you will revise your learnings, the better will be your memory. So there will be no chances of forgetting any answers in the exams.
  7. Mock test: This step is the final nail in the coffin. Now that you are ready, it’s time to test your preparation before the main event. You must give as many mock tests as possible. You must also analyze your mistakes in the tests and improve them. Mock tests are like practice matches before the main match. It makes you fully prepared and warms you up for the main event.

So these were all the methods that you can follow to the top in your examinations. No matter if you are an average or an intelligent student. If you follow all these steps and remain focused, you will surely excel in your academic career. If you found this article useful enough then don’t forget to share this with your friends.

  1. Know the basics: Not matter in which field you are, you need to master the basics first. This is because if your basics are not clear then you cannot proceed to the advanced sections. Talking about the basics of writing, first of all, you need to understand the structure of writing a good article. For example, a good article must contain the following parts like summary, introduction, main body, conclusion, call to action, etc.

Then you also need to take care of other basic things like proper grammar, avoidance of vague and repetitive sentences, expressing the main idea of the article simply, etc.

  1. Beginnings and Endings: The introduction and ending of an article are some of the most important parts of an article. If your introduction is not catchy enough, then your reader can stop reading your article in the first few lines only. Also if you are not ending your article on a good note then your reader might go with a bad impression. This can cost you their support in your next articles. So your introduction and conclusion should be such that it has put a good impact on the minds of the readers and also attracts them to read your future articles.

  1. Reading: You must read as much as possible to get a good grip on writing. There are numerous benefits of reading daily. For example, you will get to know the ideas and writing styles of several writers. Also, your memory and analysis power will increase. So you can use those ideas and analysis in your writings. Thus you will get a cumulative benefit in writing by reading daily.

  1. Vocabulary: If you have a good vocabulary, you will be immensely benefitted not only in your writing journey. When you build a good command over vocabulary, you will have more appropriate words to express your thoughts.  It will increase the power of persuasion and help you to communicate more engagingly.

To build a good vocabulary you can

  • Read books
  • Learn some words from the dictionary daily
  • Read online articles daily
  • Listen to podcasts

  1. Taking a writing course: After passing the above stages, all you need now is a good mentor to guide you further. This is not a compulsory one but no matter in which field you are, if you have someone who guides, supports, and motivates you in every step then your probability of success increases. So you can get yourself enroll in a “good” writing course where you get to learn the advanced level of your genre. Enrolling in a course will also help you to get a community where you can share your ideas and also learn from other members of the group.

  1. Finding a Good Editor: After you have learned all the concepts and started writing, you must also find some good editors to review your articles. This is because at the initial level you will be a novice and so your probability of making mistakes while writing will be more. So in such a scenario, if you try to publish your article then it might not get published. And even if it gets published somehow, it may put a bad impression on the readers as your article will contain a lot of mistakes.

So it is recommended that you send your articles to some good editors. This will not only help you in reviewing your articles but also in knowing and rectifying your mistakes.

  1. Research: Before writing, you should do a lot of research work related to your topic. This will not only help you to provide holistic information in your write-ups but also prevent you from writing any wrong data. Doing proper research also helps in increasing critical thinking and analytical skills which assists in effective write-ups.

  1. Preparing outlines: After the research, you must prepare a proper outline of your findings. This will help you to prepare the whole structure of your article. And thus you will be able to present your thoughts or information in a more organized manner.

  1. Practice and Practice: No matter how much information you gather or store in your mind, until and unless you apply them in practice, you will not reap the benefits. You must practice writing as many articles as possible. Initially, you might face blocks or your write-ups might not be that good. But if you are persistent in your efforts, then you will surely build a wonderful career in writing.

So these were all the steps through which you can become an awesome writer.  All you need to do is to follow this guide carefully and take action. Also initially you might face failures in different ways. But if you remain perseverant, then nothing can stop you from becoming a successful writer. So if you found this article useful then share it with your friends who also desire to become a writer or who also have a knack for writing.

Do you find it difficult to communicate with people? Do you want to improve your communication skills? Then you have come to the right place. This article is only for you.

Communication skill is the art of sharing and receiving different sorts of information. In simple terms, it is an art excelling which you can mix with the society easily. Many people find it difficult in mixing with people easily. There can be several reasons behind it. But the good news is that communication is a skill that can be developed over time. You can become a good communicator within a short period. For that, you have to invest just 15 minutes of your daily routine practicing communication methods. This article explains the best methods for improving communication skills.  So let us study these methods in detail one by one –

  1. Active Listening: It is the fundamental rule while communicating with anybody. Before putting your points, you have to first listen to what other people are saying. Active listening helps you to capture, memorize, and analyze others’ viewpoints. So you will be able to express your points more accurately. Thus there is a high chance that people get impressed by you. A person who doesn’t pay attention when others are speaking will lose his respect in front of them. So don’t make this mistake and practice active listening.

  1. Body language: There is certain body language that needs to be followed while communicating with people. First of all, you must appear confident.  You shouldn’t talk to someone with folded arms. Also, you must always put a warm smile on your face.  Maintaining proper body language is one of the main criteria of communication mastery.

  1. Think before you speak: It is also another important point to be remembered If you are unsure about something. Try not to open your mouth. This is because it might affect your impression in front of people. Also, you must always talk relevant to the topic. For example: suppose you are sitting in a group and there is an interesting interaction going on about politics. So in such a scenario, you should not suddenly start talking about cricket as this could disrupt the whole momentum and can put you in an awkward situation.

  1. Stress management: You should also practice various stress management techniques to become a good communicator. This is because when you eliminate your stress, your negative feelings will disappear completely. This will make you more confident in front of people. And thus you can communicate freely anywhere in this world. You can adopt various stress management techniques like meditation, reading books, exercise, or spiritual practices. This will help you both physically and mentally.

  1. Emotion control: You also need to control your emotions to become a communication expert. This is because dealing with people is not so easy task as there are different types of people in this world.  Some people will try to inflict positive emotions on you while some others negative. It is very easy to deal with positive people. But people who always try to pull you down and talks about negative things are really difficult things to handle.

So in such a case, you must try to control your emotions. This is because if you easily become humiliated or angry at the negative comments of other people, then you will fall into the trap.  They will try to humiliate you more and more and distract you from your goals. So you must learn to stay cool and calm in both positive and negative situations.

  1. Be specialized in particular topics: You must have a grip over certain topics. In others words, you must be a subject matter expert in some particular topics. Now, this doesn’t mean that you have to do a Ph.D. on those points. It’s just that you must have some specialized area so that you can initiate conversations anywhere on those topics. Also when you have a lot of information on some subjects, you can dominate the scenario if any conversation is being started on those subjects.

  1. Treat everyone equally: While communicating with people, you must treat everyone equally. It should not be such that you are talking to some people with a lot of respect but you are insulting or mocking some others while talking. Remember, insulting other people will not earn you any respect. And if you lose respect, you won’t be able to influence many people.  Thus all your communication efforts will go in vain.

So these were all the techniques that you can follow to become an expert in communication. Remember, no one is perfect in this world. So if you are lacking in communication skills, it is not a big deal. As mentioned earlier, you can develop it over a short period. However, it would require a lot of persistent efforts. So don’t give up on your goal keep on practicing every communication method as mentioned in this article. You will soon see that you have turned from a novice to an expert in this field.

So if you found this article useful enough, then please don’t forget to share this with your friends who also want to improve their communication skills.

Thank You!

Do you always want to become a copywriter? Do you always want to master the art of copywriting? Then this article is for you.

Copywriting means when you write for advertising or other forms of marketing. The basic aim of a copywriter is to advertise a particular brand and persuade a person to buy a product of that brand.  To excel in copywriting, you need various skills like good writing skills, great research skills, awareness of the market, sales tactics, and many more. Copywriting is often seen as a good career where you can earn a lot of money. But for this you have to be an expert in this field and becoming a successful copywriter is a challenging task as there is plenty of competitors in this field. So you got to ensure that besides hard work, you are following the correct strategy and methods to beat your competitors.

So let us study the various methods through which you can become a successful copywriter in the future-

  1. Know your Audience: Firstly before writing anything, make sure that you are aware of your target audience. This will help you to prepare your write-ups more efficiently. When you know your audience you will be able to express your product review more correctly. For example- if you are reviewing a product of a facewash company. But your audience wants the review of a shampoo product. Then in such a case, all your hard work will go in vain. So knowing the likes, dislikes, and attitudes of the target audience should always be your priority.

  1. Focus on selling the idea, not the product: This is one of the most important tactics used by sales experts. When promoting a product of a particular brand, you should focus on expressing the benefits of the product. In other words, instead of requesting everyone to buy the product, you must explain how the product will be useful for them. This will automatically grab your audience for buying your product.

For example – Suppose you are promoting a facewash of a particular brand. Here, most of your competitors will focus on appealing to everyone to buy the product. But you will adopt a slightly different approach. You will just focus more on mentioning its benefits. Like you can write

  • This facewash will remove tan
  • It contains vitamin E and C which are beneficial for skin
  • It will bring a young and soft look to your skin
  • It will also work on making a fair complexion
  • It will keep your face moisturized throughout the day

So now the choice is yours. You will not get a facewash with all-around benefits anywhere else. So come and grab your product.

  1. Know your competitor’s weakness: This is another important step to become a successful copywriter. This step is not only helpful in the copywriting field but also all other fields. If you want to be successful, then you must be aware of your competitor’s weaknesses. Once you know your competitor’s weaknesses, you must make them your strong point. For example- suppose you noticed that other copywriters are publishing their write-ups in a very generalized and vague way that the audience is not capable to understand. So you must use this thing to your advantage by writing more specific articles simply so that the whole audience gets attracted to you.

  1. Include a call to Action: Call to action is a marketing term that is used to encourage an immediate sale. Despite writing a good copy writeup, if you fail to mention the call of action, then all your efforts can go to vain. This is because without a proper call to action your audience will not be persuaded to buy your product. You can mention the call to action in the following way

If you liked the product, then you can buy it using the following link. Also, this awesome product is available to you at flat 50% off till 9 pm. So if you want to avail of this offer then order before 9 pm today and also get a chance to win exciting prizes. This is a limited-period offer. So order fast as we have limited stock.

  1. Proof Read: This is the final step. Before publishing your write-ups, you must proofread them as much as possible. If possible, you must also send your article to an experienced editor. This will help you to eliminate your errors in the article. Thus, your article will have the chance to grab as well as win the attention and hearts of all your targeted audience.

So these were all the important steps which you can follow to become a successful copywriter. Also, remember that there are certain things which you have to keep in mind in addition to all these things. You may face failures in the beginning. You may face difficulty in getting clients in the initial period. But you have to be persistent and continue your writing. Only then you will be able to achieve success in the field of copywriting and earn up to(or even more) 8 figures per annum.

If you found this article useful then please don’t forget to share this with your friends who also aspire to become successful copywriters in the future.

Are you fond of reading motivational quotes? Do you want to know the hidden meaning of some quotes given by famous personalities? If yes, then this article is for you.

Motivational quotes are one of the best ways to keep you focused on your goals. You not only get a vast source of inspiration from such quotes but also when you read them, you get to know about the valuable lessons for success. It is a good hobby to read the quotes of famous personalities. This not only helps you to get back your lapsed focus but also gives you a broader aspect of life. This article explains my favorite motivational quotes and the reasons behind them.  So let us study these quotes one by one in details-

  1. “Let us sacrifice our today so that our children can have a better tomorrow” – A.P.J Abdul Kalam( Former President of India): Every generation has to sacrifice something for a better future and better tomorrow. Today we are enjoying our life because of the various sacrifices of our parents and grandparents. So it’s our duty that we work hard and become successful and make them happy. Today we are an independent nation because of the countless sacrifices by our freedom fighters. Many leaders are also making innumerable sacrifices today so that we have a better tomorrow. So it’s become our prime duty that we make sacrifices so that our future generation does not have to face any problems. Thus the concept of sustainable development is making wide popularity today. Be it saving petroleum, water, or managing the climate crisis, we have to make sure that our future generation doesn’t suffer for our deeds. That’s why it is one of my g=favourite quotes as it coveys such a deep information

  1. “ No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted” – Aesop (Greek Fabulist): I like this quote because, in this kaliyug, this quote inspires us to do good for others. Even a small act of kindness can be valuable for others. We can think that what can we do singlehandedly? But our small hand of help can be a priceless gift for others. Kindness never goes in vain. If you are kind towards others, then you will also get an equal return because of the concept of Karma operating in this world.

  1. “ It is far better to be alone than to be in a bad company” – George Washington(1st US President): There are so many people who remain sad or depressed as they don’t have enough friends. But this comes in my collection of favorite quotes because it inspires you not to chase others. It is often said you are the sum total of five people you surround yourself with. No matter how good or talented you are, if you remain in a bad company you will ruin your career and life. This is because you will constantly get negative vibes from those people. So make sure that you are roaming around with the right people. And if you don’t get the right people then be alone and work on your success. This sums up the meaning of this quote.

  1. “All our dreams can come true if we dare to pursue them” – Walt Disney

I like this quote because it inspires you to work hard for your dreams. No matter how big or unrealistic your dream is, you can achieve it if you have self-belief.  People will mock you and demotivate you if you fail in the initial stage. But you got to stay self-motivated and have that inner courage to ignite the fire inside you to achieve your goal.  Walt Disney also faced failures initially but his perseverance attitude and his innovative idea of creating a Disney land finally gave him a huge success.

  1. “ Try not to become a person of success. Rather try to become a person of value’ – Albert Einstein: This is also one of my favorite quotes because it defined the true meaning to conquer your goal. Everyone becomes so busy in achieving success that they forget to pay focus on value. This quote explains that success is the by-product of value. You will get unimaginable success but before that, you have to ensure that you have those qualities to become successful. Once you become a valuable person, you don’t have to run after success. Rather, success will run after you.

  1. “Success is walking from failures to failures with lots of enthusiasm” – Winston Churchill

I like this quote because it defines how to be successful in life? In your journey of success, you will fail innumerable times. But every time you fall, you have to rise even stronger than the previous time with more enthusiasm. Success is nothing but the total of perseverance efforts with lots and lots of efforts after failure.

So these were all of my favorite quotes. I hope that it has motivated you. Every quotation has some deep meaning and you only need to understand that to stay motivated and focus. If you find this article useful, then please don’t forget to share this with your friends.

Are you a stammerer? Do you want to cure your stammering problem? If yes, then this article is for you.

Your only power is your words. Someone rightly said that the most important aspect of success in today’s world is communication skills. The better your communication skills, the better your chances will be to progress in life. There is a proverb that ‘ pen is mightier than the sword’ and it is true in today’s world also. Where muscle power does not work, you can win a person by your words. But what if someone faces some difficulty in speaking. In other words, what if someone has a stammering problem.  Stammering is not a disease. It’s just a neurological disorder. If you are also facing a stammering problem then don’t worry! This article explains the best methods through which you can prevent your stammering issue. But before that, I would like to highlight some of the myths vs facts of stammering to give you some more motivation.

  • Stammering myths vs facts

Myth- stammering is a psychological problem caused by stress, anxiety, or nervousness

Fact – There is no such evidence that shows stammering arises out of psychological order. Stress or anxiety may sometimes cause some problem while speaking but stammering is a huge concept and much research shows that it arises due to a neurological disorder

Myth – People who stammer are not smart.

Fact – There is no link between stammering and smartness. Stammering no doubt creates some problem for a person to express their knowledge but smartness depends upon other factors like personality, body language, etc.

Myth – It’s impossible to stop stammering forever.

Fact – If you are determined then you can surely stop stammering. You just have to keep patience and practice the right techniques which help in stopping the stammering issue. I have already mentioned in this book and if you also search the web then you will find many such famous personalities who have been successful in curing their stammering problem forever.

  • Steps to cure stammering

1.Belly Breathing – Now we usually breathe through our nose by expanding our chest. But scientific studies revealed that when we breathe in this way, it increases our stress in the body. Have you ever imagined why after waking up from sleep, you feel so refreshed? This is because while we sleep we do belly breathing. Doing belly breathing is a very simple thing. You just need to expand your stomach or belly and then you will observe that you are automatically being able to breathe through your belly without expanding your chest. The advantage of belly breathing is that it will keep you refreshed and if you build the habit of doing belly breathing then you will feel refresh all the time and this will keep you away from anxiety or stress and you will be able to communicate freely without the fear of stammering.

  1. Loud vowel pronunciation.

Clearly and loudly, you should be able to pronounce the vowels A, E, I, O, and U a minimum of 5times a day. This will help you to reduce your stammering. This is because it will relax your mouth tissue and made it more flexible.

3.Stretching your mouth.

Stretch your mouth slowly by pronouncing E and then O. This will also help you to stop your stammering problem. Also whenever you are facing any blockage while talking, try to utter that word while stretching your mouth. You will surely able to pronounce the word.

4.Reading Practice.

This is the most important part to reduce your stammering issue. You must do reading practice every day for at least 30mins. You should also record your reading to track your daily improvement.

Do you want to become a good public speaker? Do you want to improve others through your speaking skills? If yes, then this article is only for you.

Public speaking is one of the most demanding skills of today’s time. This is because whether you are in the corporate field or the government job or any other field, you have to speak from time to time. And one harsh but true fact is that more than your appearance, you will be judged by the way you speak and communicate with others. That’s why public speaking is so challenging and a stressful task for some people today. But the good news is that you can upgrade your public speaking skills if you are not good at it. For that, you just have to follow certain methods. This article explains the various ways through which you can become a good public speaker within no time. So let us study those steps one by one in details-

1.Planning: First of all plan your whole speech. Suppose you are asked to give a presentation on a particular topic. Then in such case first, do your full research on that.  Read articles, watch videos and then write down the important points. This will prepare your outline for the speech. After that plan what should you keep and what should you omit from the outlines. Once you are done with making the outlines, now write down the full speech. This will complete your planning part. Don’t keep this planning part for the last minute of your preparation. Otherwise, no matter how much you practice, nothing will work.

  1. practice: Now that your speech is complete, so the next step is to practice as many times as possible. Remember you cannot conquer anything in this world without adequate practice. So after your planning is complete, start practicing delivering your speech in front of the mirror, friends, family, or any other person. Note down your feedback or your mistakes. Work on it and practice again. This way you will get to the perfect stage of the presentation of your speech.

3.Body language: in the third stage, you have to work on your body language. Try to appear confident on stage. Talk with your arms wide open. Maintain a smile throughout your speech.  You should maintain such body language that the audience feels that you are fully confident and not amongst them who are nervous.

4.Voice modulation and pauses: In the fourth stage you must work on your voice modulation and pause techniques. Voice modulation means changing your voice tone continuously while giving a speech. For example: if you speak in the same tone, then your audience might get bored. So you must try to change your time from time to time. But beware!. Don’t change your tone in such a manner that it feels like you are singing or reciting a poem.

In the pause technique, you have to take an adequate pause between your speech.  Before you say the main points, words, or the punch line of your speech, wait for a moment and then say it. Researches have shown that pausing before delivering the main points leaves a greater impact on the minds of the audience.

5.Be optimistic: This is one important step that most people ignore. No matter how good your speech is or how many times you practice, if you are not optimistic about it, all your efforts will go in vain. This is because you cannot expect positive results with a negative mindset. If you want to impress your audience or if you want to be a successful speaker, then first imagine yourself to be one of them

  1. Be calm: This is another important step to be kept in mind before delivering a speech. You must learn to remain calm and composed. If you are anxious at the last moment then you can ruin everything. So meditate to remain calm or try to divert your mind before your turn comes. This will bring down your anxiety level down.

7.Watch recorded videos of your speech: While you practice at home, you should record your speech. Then you must watch the recording multiple times to know about the flaws of your speech. Once you are aware of your mistakes, try to rectify them. After this again record your video at home. Listen to it. Repeat the process until you become sure that your speech has become perfect.

  1. Be yourself: Lastly, the most important point to be remembered is to be yourself. Don’t try to imitate others. You will not gain anything. People appreciate only those people who are unique. Never try to imitate the accent, body language, or anything of other speakers. Know that you are unique in yourself and have a special talent. Believe in yourself and you will surely rock the stage.

So these were all the steps through which you can become a good public speaker. You just have to incorporate these steps into your habits. Once it becomes your habit you will not take much time to excel in public speaking. So just relax and follow these steps before giving your next speech.
