Life is consciousness, the energy that is being used by the body to act, react, evaluate and evolve and once this consciousness leaves the body, the existence comes to a stop. The growth happens with the usage of this energy to keep the metabolism intact and for reproduction. Apart from its technical definition. Have you ever asked yourself what is the meaning of life? And What is the purpose of our lives?

Life is a story, and everybody has a different story to tell! Just as, the story is interesting to read and at the end, we get to know the learnings from that story. Life is also the same, we should live our lives happily not with frowning faces. Not considering the negatives, such as distress, challenges, sadness, annoyance but, we should focus on positives, small moments to cherish, happy beginnings and endings, love, friendship, appreciation, liberty, and travelling.

Let us not waste time in hatred, greed, jealousy, envy, gluttony, and pride. Life is a precious gift given by God to discover, absorb and nurture. Utilize every second to do something good and for the needy. Mentioned below, are some reminders about life which we forget in time or get distracted by negative and over-thinking.

Life is eternal

Our life is endless and it is an unbroken chain of birth and death. Transformation is life, thus living in the moment is life. When you love yourself, love nature, feel the air, sky, first sunshine all this gives you the confidence and power of eternal being. Just as, nature does its work without getting anything in return. So, is the duty of human beings as well, to be non-self and believe in karma! Everything is happening in this world according to the masterplan. The limit is unthinkable about the wonders God has created.

Life is to achieve and be competent

Growing up with lots of desires is common. But, finding that one goal, attaining that one dream, completing that one mission when you fix your mind and heart into that. There is a possibility that you can accomplish that goal, dream, or mission more readily. When you constantly think of achieving that all the time. Many people fall and get back again just like a warrior. Those people are also living examples in front of you. It pops up a question in our minds.  How do they do it? What are the rules they follow to reach their goal? How do they start their day?. Moving on in life, in any circumstance will make you a better person, and you will be able to live life effortlessly.

Life is uncertain

There is always uncertainty in life for things and people. People are unpredictable and life is unplanned all the time. We never know, what we have to face next. Destiny is pre-written and everything that will happen in our life we just have to grip it. Good luck and bad luck are the two factors that make it more uncertain. As it is said, just go with the flow and enjoy life. facing up the good and bad times with courage and faith is a go-to-mantra for successful people.

Life is all about doing good

When you are a good human being, you always try to reach out to people and do good for them helping them financially or giving them sound advice, or listening to your friends when they are going through rough times. Not only people, thinking about nature and animals is also a good deed. For example, when you work with social groups or communitiesMansi Arora to preserve nature, grow more trees. Animals can also be helped by opening up shelter homes or finding a donor for them on social media. There is much more you can do with your life and others. The Law of attraction says, what you give you receive.

Life is when you react as per your natural intuitions

At times, in our life, we come across many situations where we need to take decisions depending upon our intuitions, choosing the exact thing to do is a tough task sometimes.  But, overpowering this muddle and choosing the true path can make you a better soul. Our conscious which is all-pervasive and everlasting knows from the core when we are going right or wrong in life. It gives you a hint or nature gives you signals when to follow your heart and not.

Life is to empathize

When you can connect with people warmly and empathize with them. They consider you to be their aide/go-to-person to share everything. When you are emotionally stable in your own life then only you will be able to give solutions to the problems/ keys to the glitches. If you can understand the feeling of others even if they say nothing then you have a higher emotional quotient. Feelings come in a package such as dissatisfaction, failure, dilemma, trials, triumphs, rage, dullness, peace, gratefulness, contentment, love, pride, detestation, friendship, and loss.

To summarise, Life is all about living real. In this tech era and social media apps raving up, we often wear masks just to show other people what a wonderful life we are living. Faking up life can make you a social media addict. This will take you far away from living life. If you believe that you are so blessed to get the human form, if you think,  life is complete when you have nothing or everything. Give the feedback in the comment section below and share your thoughts on life.

Happy Living!

Love is a pure feeling if you discover what it means. Love can be for anything such as people, friends, nature, god, passion, sports, dance, writing, travelling, arts, designing, the listicle is endless.  Are you on the hunt of fashioning a perfect relationship with your partner? Do you think the love, for anything and anybody demands complete surrender or it’s just a cliché.? What would you choose playing with people’s heart or surrendering to the relationship you adore and want to possess for a lifetime?

Love is an internal thing. The feelings you have for living and non – living things describe your attitude and compassion. The way you respond to people’s thoughts and judgement is imperative these days if you overstretch and act in a rage, which will unearth your imprudent personality. At present, you have to be smarter and wiser, which comes by surrendering to the will of nature and god.

In times like these, surrendering in the relationship or for anything can be tough. But, in these times only, the meaning of surrendering has been changed. Earlier, it was misunderstood by the controlling nature of anyone, it meant you have given control over your life to anyone. As of now, in this day and age, No one likes to get controlled.

Let us understand why love demands surrender, and, what can be done to save your alter ego or relationship.

  1. Understand it’s the true meaning

The first thing that comes to your mind is what does surrender mean? Surrender means when we let go of the results of our actions while doing something, choosing our partner or maintaining the relationship. Surrender is a frame of mindset in which you choose to let go of your identity, but also have the power to choose right and act according to that.  When you can say NO and still stay in peace with your self. When you are the same with all the occurrences of life, that means you have surrendered.

Surrendering to the will of God! will make you more selfless and bring more joy to your life. surrendering can be peaceful! How? When you free your mind and heart to anyone else or god. Then you don’t have to worry about anything. You become the blank canvas for God, lover or anything. That means you will accept everything that comes your way on good terms and a positive mindset.

  1. Let go, of the ego!

“This is the world of Kali-yuga” where ego destroys everything. If it is high it can ruin your whole persona already filled with pride and arrogance and will leave you to feel shame and dishonour.  These heightened sins can only be seen by a humble and transparent person who believes in giving. That person only, can change your personality, will be able to show you mirror and what have you become, with this high ego. Many relationships do get destroyed when the ego comes in between.

  1. Watch your words and actions!

We often say harsh words and don’t even realize that we said anything wrong. Choosing your actions right is also one of the traits that you need to develop. Creating an atmosphere of whatever we do for ourselves and others will make our journey comfortable. ‘Staying positive’ is very easy to say to anyone but practising and keeping a check in your daily routine can bring a positive change in that. Check your moods and thoughts if something bad happens or anything that is leading to a disagreement, illogicality and resistance. Dealing with everything in a positive way can make other people feel that you are giving value to the person.

  1. Check on the factors that prevent you from surrendering.
  • In every human being, there is one attribute that is heightened more. For example, if one person gets angry easily and one person remains calm and balanced. Those sins or traits might not let you surrender. Another example is of checking up on your ego, how much you get affected when someone says something to you. Observe your defence mechanism and make necessary amendments.
  • One has many dreams and goals that will come in between refraining you to surrender. As these unwanted desires do not let you sleep peacefully. If you are certain of doing something with whole heart and mind and you are always into it, but if you worry about the results, what will happen next? Then either you get success or not.
  • Too much controlling behaviour is not good for anything or your partner. You have to accept the person as they are. Yes, of course, you can change each other but with good intents not to make another person their puppet or make them feel as they are living in a cage!

In conclusion, if you are surrendering that means you are letting go of all the thoughts without any doubt. It is easier said and done! But if applied, it can change everything in your life. If you feel emotionally linked towards anything or anyone. Then attempt, surrendering to the will of god! Strive, surrendering to the person you love, leave everything and just go with the flow. See, how things get magical and fall in their place so positively. If you like this article do give your views on if you feel love demands surrender or it is not.

Twelve Laws of Karma can Serve as Guidelines in Life!

What is karma? Do you believe in it? Some of us do and some don’t! The word Karma is derived from Sanskrit, which means deeds, the human is judged by the actions. But, do you know the 12 laws of karma that govern your life.

Karma can be defined as the total of all your past and present deeds whether good or bad which decides your destiny for the future. Well, karma can be defined in traditional as well as western ways. If you ask anyone about it, all will have different opinions. As future cannot be predetermined. At least you can do is, change your thoughts and actions for good. Karma is like a warning when you know from inside you have done bad, you can correct yourself and move towards the higher purpose in life.

Karma is all about energy. What we have inside we spread it outside and send it in the universe as well as energy, which in return has a cause and effect on your actions. Simply, it is like newton’s law. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Everything that you do will have negative and positive consequences. So when these laws you will apply in your life. they will help you govern your daily life, they will serve as guidelines for your thoughts, speech, and actions. This article puts light on the Twelve laws of karma and how they affect your activities in life. Without further adieu, let’s hop on to studying 12 laws of karma!

  1. The great law or the law of cause and effect.

It describes the concept of getting back what you put into the world, into the universe whether good or bad. Cause and effect is the combination of action and reaction. What you will sow in life whether happiness, love, kindness in life you will reap the benefits later.

  1. The law of creation

As the name sounds, creation, sometimes people tend to do nothing and waiting for god to make ways for them. But it is not like that, you have to create, make the path for your own goal. As the elderly say, life is very simple, you make it complicated. What you think, you become that. You need to think about your goals and dreams to create a better world for yourself and others.

  1. The law of humility

You have to be humble enough in life to accept the fact, what you are getting in a platter of your destiny is the total of your past karma known as ‘prarabdh’ is a type of karma. When you think of others before you and when you put the needs of another person before your own. That way you become humble, kind, you get free from envy and jealousy.

  1. The law of growth

The law of growth is all bout you, growing and expanding within. You have to be yourself all the time because you cannot change others and their destiny. You have to accept your destiny and work on it for the future. Throughout, our lives we grow, change, learn, develop, shift, heal and evolve. By reading self-help and spiritual books can help in personal development.

  1. The law of responsibility

As the name suggests, taking responsibility for your own life, thoughts, actions, and even bad choices. You are responsible for yourself only, not others will walk the path for you neither they can help you lessen up the burden for the bad deeds you did knowingly or by mistake. You are the product of the choices you made in your life. It is you who will decide to write your own story. It is you who will decide how people will treat you. If you will be lovable, kind, and good to yourself and others, people will be talking good about you and to others.

  1. The law of connection

This law states that everything is connected, your past life is connected to the present and future. What you have done in a past life you are bearing fruits today, in this present life. and that is how connections are made. You get connected to the people and make relationships because of the old karmic accounts with them. Moreover, the actions of present life will decide our future.

  1. The law of focus/force

When you focus on many things at the same time, you will not get efficient results. You will get lost and feel stuck in life. Concentrate on doing one task at a time in your daily routine. Further, by focusing on one goal and accomplishing it by following the systematic plan you will get better results and much satisfaction. In this fast pace of life, there is a need to be a muti-tasker, but it can drain your energy sometimes. Similarly, you cannot pile up your mind with a bundle of thoughts that may create chaos in your head.

  1. The law of giving and hospitality

This is a beautiful law indeed, expressing that you have to be selfless to give into this world. Our world, our planet, our countries, our states, our families, all believe in hospitality. This is our culture to show love, peace, and harmony towards other nations and their people. If you believe in spreading peace and giving charities. Do not fake it in front of others till you mean it from the heart. Being selfless and practicing giving in life.

  1. The law of here and now

As you can guess from the law’s name, it tells you to be in the moment and live in present. Looking backward and finding answers from your old past life can be destructive for the mind. Try to focus and embrace your present life. Stop living your old thoughts and patterns of behaviour, if they keep coming back to your mind, it will put you in a state of depression and stress. When your focus will be fixed at the moment you will enjoy your life. Your mind, thoughts, and senses will all be aligned and will work in synchronicity.

  1. The law of change

According to this law, you need to change for your well-being. From the above law, you get to learn to live in the present where all your senses, thoughts, and actions are aligned towards positivity and growth. When you change your path after learning from past experiences your future behaviour gets reformed. Stop the old circle of thoughts thinking that you are suffering from your old deeds. Some things are beyond control, you cannot change your fate, but certainly, you can change your mindset to alter your thinking ways and be more mindful.

  1. The law of patience and reward

This law pronounces, being persistent is everything in life. When you fix your aim into something and do hard work for the long-term goals. Patience pays off by rewarding you eventually. Being consistent in any work you have taken up to reach your goal will give you results. Therefore, celebrate life and yourself from time to time. Pat yourself on the back, for struggling and keeping up the strength, willpower, and focus for the passion you have in life.

Every little reward or milestone you touch is worthy of telling you, never back down even if your progress is slow and great things take time.

  1. The law of significance and inspiration

Just as these karmic laws have a role to play in your life, likewise you have a role to play as a whole. Your contribution to anything might be tiny but it means a lot. If you are unique, authentic, you have a mission and gift to spread positivity.  The true value which you are providing might change the life of others and the world will give you back in terms of blessings and money. If you can motivate someone with your story you will send a positive signal to others this is the importance of inspiration.

To conclude, as you go through your daily life following these 12 laws of karma, they will guide you towards a better lifestyle and positive thinking. Karma is not bad or punishment as people think. It is an education, it teaches us the difference between good and harmful actions. Try implementing these laws of karma in your life to be more mindful. Some of the techniques to write a poem to inspire an inner soul are as follows

  • Firstly, start writing any kind of positive thoughts that you get on your mind. As we write, it might lead us to many ideas which reflect the inner voice of our soul.
  • While we write, it taps the thoughts which lead to self-realization and encourages the ability to sense what we see feel and experience.

  • Being happy and kind, loving someone or something, getting inspired etc are all words that express positivity.

  • Start reading the poems by some of the great poets whose works have given us inspiration and write notes about your thoughts, then turn those thoughts into lines.
  • We must follow our intuitions and affirm ourselves with optimism.
  • A self-analysis comes in handy to write a poem on the inner soul. We need to get deeper into the things that matter to us and that’s the way we can confidently write a poem.
  • Avoid cliché in the poems, do not repeat a line or phrase from elsewhere. Have your own thoughts as they give originality to the poem.

Given below is a poem written by me that expresses the pain to the raindrops as it brings solace and gives hope of a new beginning.

Raindrops a DRIZZLE OF HOPE

A loner is what I have been till now by walking many miles all alone,

As I faked smiles in my daily life, a loneliness nested in my heart,

Longing for attention with beseeching eyes, no hand to hold, no shoulder to lean,

Parched in the mundane heat of life.

The testing times as I went through had made me more fragile and weak,

Though I stood strong with patience along but the loneliness had broken me down,

As I cried to my Lord time and again, not able to bear this pain,

A lil more patience is what he said, as he was getting something more best,

Then came a breezy evening once as it got along the raindrops too,

It drizzled on my face so cool and bright and made me feel the ethereal joy,

It got along the hues of life which promised to stay forever with me,

The petrichor promised a breath of fresh air to soothe my sorrows and pain,

The infinite joy it got along brought a smile on my face so bright,

The gentle drops pecked on my cheek to wipe my misty eyes of pain,

And Promised to be with me forever by giving a new hope to my life,

A vow I made with the raindrops too, it was all for me is what I knew,

I promised to cherish our bond forever and thank my Lord for this gift of life.

The above poem is an example of a connection between nature and the inner soul.

 CONCLUSION:

Therefore we can conclude that its emotions, feelings and situations that are the key to writing poems to inspire the inner soul. While spirituality is also an important aspect that provides satisfaction to the inner soul. Our happiness depends on how we are in our lives and our lives are bound by our thoughts and emotions, faith and desire. Spirituality satisfies the inner soul by providing peace of mind.

In today’s age where we are enslaved to technology with our extreme focus on social media and lacking time for emotions and bonding, we are losing on our inner peace and have become lackadaisical. Hence reading and writing poems based on the peace of our inner soul plays an important role in cheering us.

Not all may like to read or write poems, but with our constant attention on the major social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram etc. We come across many inspiring and happy poems or quotes which make us joyful and inspire us towards leading a healthy and happy life.

Some of the best poems about the inner soul make us dream, observe, fantasize and get inspired. They transform and heal us. Sometimes it may happen that we are changed forever by the words and thoughts that are expressed in a poem as they resonate with the voice of a soul. I hope my article has encouraged you to write a poem. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section.

@mana In my six years of married life, I realized how ego can destroy relationships. There are times when I feel like “walking out”. I came with a better solution: self-love. I am learning to accept myself, trying to control my negative emotions. Instead of being manipulated, I know what am I capable of and stopped reacting completely

Love is about accepting each other’s flaws and qualities. Otherwise, it is merely “infatuation” or “attraction”

@risha15  ma’am, If you sit in silence for 15 minutes, you can observe your mind. You will see your mind will wander and endless thoughts are created. The positive thoughts can make you do wonders and achieve more in life. Whereas, negative thoughts, try to deviate and create illusions of things that would never take place. Mind is very powerful, it can make or break you. It’s just time that makes us all weak or strong. You have to hold onto yourself first that you can survive any situation. Patience and faith in God are two things everyone needs to keep in mind. I sense ma’am there is lot buried inside you, but if you have taken a self-love route, there’s nothing better than this. Love you even more… Thanks for reading my old article 🙂
